The Cicely Mattress by Cicely Sleep is a 9-inch mattress-in-a-box that pairs soft, contouring gel foam with a pocket coil core, so it supports you without feeling stiff and isolates movement between partners. The foam is CertiPUR-US certified. It arrives rolled and vacuum-sealed and works with every base, including box springs, platforms, adjustable frames and the floor.

Returns

• In order to qualify for a return, an item must be: 
  • In its original condition, free from damages and signs of use
    
  • Unassembled and returned in its original packaging
    
  • Less than 30 days old
• In the case of a return, the return shipping cost is the same value as the shipping charges
• Qualified returns can be dropped off to our 565 Otto Rd, Mississauga warehouse at no charge
• Open box, display models and sample sale items are final sale

• All items are covered by a 90 day manufacturer's warranty 
• The warranty covers the following:
  • Protects against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a specific period
  • Qualifying claims will be serviced in a manner deemed appropriate by the manufacturer
  • Wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered
