Shipping
Delivery fees are shown at checkout and vary by region and order value. Three delivery options are available:
- Standard — delivered to your door or curbside
- Room of choice — carried into the room you specify
- White glove — carried in, unpacked, assembled, and packaging removed
Before your order arrives, we'll email you to arrange a delivery date or share tracking details, depending on the item and your location.
You're welcome to collect your order from our Mississauga warehouse at 565 Otto Rd at no charge — select local pickup at checkout.
We currently deliver to all ten provinces. We're unable to ship to Yukon, the Northwest Territories or Nunavut.
Returns
Overstock and new items can be returned within 30 days. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping fees apply, but you're always welcome to bring approved returns to our Mississauga warehouse at no charge.
Final sale
Items marked Open Box or Floor Model are sold as-is and are final sale, along with mattresses, pillows, duvets and bedding.
Each open box and floor model item carries a condition note on its product page describing its actual state. Please read it before ordering — and get in touch if you'd like more detail or additional photographs.
Final sale applies to the condition we've described. It does not cover damage in transit, damage not described in the condition note, or an item materially different from its description. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we'll make it right.
