Returns & Refunds
Overstock and new items
Overstock and new items can be returned within 30 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and unassembled.
Return shipping fees apply. You're always welcome to bring approved returns to our Mississauga warehouse at 565 Otto Rd at no charge, during opening hours.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Open box and floor model items — final sale
Items marked Open Box or Floor Model are sold as-is and are final sale, along with mattresses, pillows, duvets and bedding. They cannot be returned or exchanged because you've changed your mind.
Each of these items carries a condition note on its product page describing its actual state. Please read it before ordering, and get in touch if you'd like more detail or additional photographs — we're happy to provide them.
Final sale means an item can't be returned because you've changed your mind. It doesn't affect your warranty — every item carries a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What final sale does not cover
Final sale applies to the condition we've described. It does not apply to:
- Damage that occurred in transit
- Damage or defects not described in the item's condition note
- An item that is materially different from its description or photographs
If any of these apply, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the item.
